Superb Value, Great Location, Excellent quality and service!

We had been fortunate having a pool room that meant we could only open up the French doors on the pool. Room itself quite spacious and had all the requirements. Location was fantastic not too far from the shore and near all the activity. A little bit of sound of a day but what could you expect if you’re that close to the event – if you’re a light sleeper then bring earplugs and you will be OK.

Near nightlife pure to locate and easy to avoid. Hotel Restaurant was comfy, clean, and friendly, and she made a fantastic breakfast in a great one. I’ll be back on my next trip.

Situated on the corner of street and 10th avenue, Hotel Hacienda Real del Caribe is in the center of Playa del Carmen. The resort is at the design of a Hacienda with an inside courtyard that provides a really enticing pool and lounge chairs. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfy, and they rely on ice cold AC and hot water from the bath. Staff is great – they suggested the riviera maya snorkeling tours because the views are amazing.

The staff is quite friendly and always ready to go the extra mile. This is really a good example of excellent value for its quality got. I’ll certainly be returning to the hotel on my next excursion.

This resort is actually well located one block from the critical pool. Eating areas and entertainment are nearby. The team here is quite friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with all our air conditioning one day, and they fixed it in twenty-five minutes.

It’s a gorgeous resort with an open-air courtyard with a beautiful pool. Our room was clean and contemporary. We had four nights close to the yard and never had an issue. Others have complained about noise in the road view rooms throughout the hectic period, but we had no problems. We’ll probably return to Playa, and we are going to stay here.

Location was fantastic and the perfect price. Poolside is a superb spot to unwind, and the staff was so useful. It’s louder at night using all the club audio, but we never saw it much of an issue. Huge thanks to Raul and Reyna for looking after us every morning.
