Excellent Stay in Playa del Carmen

This hotel is ideally situated in Avenida 10 a short distance walk out of 5 Avenida. The employees were super friendly and very accommodating. The customer service is first class, they’re friendly and were willing to help us in everything from tours to simple parking. The hotel is small which is great since they are able to meet your requirements adequately. The rooms are fantastic and super clean. A spacious area with Air conditioner, balcony, and a stunning view.

The rooms are appropriately taken cared of. More importantly, the resort follows a sustainable duty which is most welcome. The rooftop pool was a surprise since it gave you one solitude and it allowed for perfect sunbathing. Overall this hotel is a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone. We were looking for some cozumel fishing trips and the staff recommended us a tours family-owned company.

This resort is ideal, whether you are a solo traveler, couple or family. The little rooftop pool has been touch for a couple of hours of sunlight on my last day! Breakfast was a simple but absolutely beautiful and very good selection of pastries, toast, cereals, yogurts, fruit, coffee and a choice of teas.

Staffs are extremely friendly. Perfect place. Close to the beach; markets; bus station; Wal-Mart. Quiet at night if you choose the room facing the side-street. The room is clean and friendly. Cost is very reasonable for the facilities. Have a swimming pool on the roof-top. Will definitely come back again.

Nice to be a short way from 5th Avenue but still close to all sorts of stores and restaurants. This is our second time staying in the Los Itzaes Hotel, and we expect to come back later on.

Excellent place to stay, near everything from the Sea to 5th Ave to community transportation. Staff is excellent, enlightening and so accommodating! Maria is so kind and professional. We Felt very comfortable here. We remained in the living area and very clean and spacious. Great breakfast. Coffee is great! We will stay here again, I miss my brand new Amigas.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of days ago! It was an enjoyable experience since the birth our room was ready, and the check-in went smoothly. The receptionist was, and she was always there for anything we might need.
